As a serial entrepreneur, plumber, and owner of a plumbing business, I fully understand the challenges and intricacies that come with running and sustaining a trade service-based business. It can be costly and time-consuming to try and navigate through all the obstacles on your own. Unfortunately, many businesses fail every day, and I have personally experienced a few failures myself. However, I have also managed to overcome these setbacks and continue to thrive. The good news is that your business doesn't have to go down that same path. Years dedicated to my Trade
After years of focusing on the plumbing trade, specializing in service and repairs, I decided to join my father in his plumbing business. However, when my father decided to step back and hand over the reins to me, I found myself in a challenging position. While I had developed strong sales skills, I had no real knowledge of how to effectively manage and run a home service business. Despite this lack of experience, I was determined to make it work. I knew that I needed to learn quickly and adapt to the demands of operating a business successfully. With perseverance and a willingness to learn, I gradually gained the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of running a plumbing business. Though it was a steep learning curve, I managed to establish a thriving business and continued to provide excellent service to my customers.
The business was flourishing and experiencing growth, with the addition of several new transit vans. However, the unforeseen arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on both the business and my health. Despite the business performing well, it became necessary for me to take a step back. Over the past few years, I have dedicated my time to working on websites, overseeing social media accounts, creating content, and expanding my knowledge of building a digital brand. Currently, I am eager to assist trade service businesses in enhancing and sustaining their online presence.
